Job Role: The incumbent's primary role is to facilitate the land acquisition of identified lots in support of Project Development activities.

• Experience in high-end professional hospitality industry
• English proficient, proficiency in other languages is not required but is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights, as this role often requires 24/7 coverage

• Familiarity with Inventory management order replenishment process.
• Comfortable working with multiple data and MS Excel sheets.

• Familiarity with SAP is not required but is an advantage.
• Advance skills in MS EXCEL.
