SUMMARY
As the Recruitment Specialist, you will ensure the timely fulfillment of requests of candidates of the Cooperative’s Manufacturing Group through proactive recruiting techniques and proper endorsement to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will play an important role in our Manufacturing Group by ensuring these responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Searches candidates through online and field recruitment (job fairs), flyers and leaflets, posting on bulletin boards, recruitment database
- Conducts initial interviews of applicants, refers for testing, schedules interviews by requesting parties
- Prepares offer letters for qualified candidates and endorses them to clients
Reportorial Requirements
- Monitors aging of referred candidates so as not to exceed the turn-around time in terms of working days from the time of endorsement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, BS in Human Resources, and/or other related disciplines
- With a strong volume recruitment background
- Intermediate MS Excel Skills and basic knowledge in maintaining trackers and databases for recruitment
- Willing to work onsite in Pulilan, Bulacan
- Willing to do fieldwork and can start ASAP
