Qualifications:

-Graduate of any Physical Education or Sport Science

-At least 1 year experience as Fitness Trainer/ Conditioning Coach/ Personal trainer/Physical Therapist

-Knowledgeable with gym equipments and work out routines

-Must have First Aid Training and/or CPR certificates

-Interpersonal skills & dedicated to work

At least High School Gradute, with or without sales experience, willing to start ASAP.

At least high school graduate. with or without Sales experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Architecture, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Law or any related course
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Knows how to drive motorcycles, preferably with a driver’s license
• With some exposure to initial land acquisition processes.
•  Must have High interpersonal skills / Detail oriented / Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to be relocated in case necessary 
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs experienced employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

Job Role: The incumbent's primary role is to facilitate the land acquisition of identified lots in support of Project Development activities.

Job Summary: Responsible for promoting the company's products and services at various retail locations.
