Altier Laurice Feliciano, or better known as Kai, serves as the Head for Human Resources Organization Development (HROD) at Asiapro Multipurpose Cooperative's Member Development Group. Her typical day begins with a moment of planning over coffee. Her schedule is a blend of consultative sessions, team collaborations, implementing projects, addressing client needs, and connecting with her team to ensure progress and well-being.

Career Journey

Kai's journey began with a dream of teaching, which she realized as a preschool teacher after earning her Psychology degree from San Beda College. The transition from education to human resources was sparked by a desire to contribute to a larger mission. Starting as an HR Assistant, she advanced through the ranks, guided by mentors and a supportive team, to her current leadership position.
