The tipón Federation had a truly special moment as we unveiled our very first Ilaw ng tipón Awardee: Ms. Lorena Alingig from MSG South Mindanao!

Lorena, our dedicated HR Admin and Compliance Officer, is the powerhouse behind MSG SM's near-perfect achievement in member records, TIN and ATM implementation, and other crucial administrative initiatives. She truly is the "shining light" of MSG SM in every Business Review, embodying excellence and dedication.

The surprise was perfectly executed! Lorena, along with Sir Gerry Cain, Business Platform Head of MSG SM, Agri, and ATS and the PGM of Tnalak MPC, flew in from Mindanao with no idea about the real reason for their invitation. Our OPGM cleverly used the excuse that Lorena was needed for an interview to share her best practices. When she was called to the front to accept her well-deserved award and reward, her surprise and joy were unforgettable!
