Managed Services Group – North Mindanao is one of Asiapro’s business platforms which services various industries with self-managed operations which include, but not limited to, Manufacturing, Agri-business, and Construction that are involved in different operations such as agri-growing, production, meter reading, maintenance services and engineering.

With this, Managed Services engages its members with cross-function activities, enabling them to be flexible in the business, ultimately providing better productivity that will benefit the clients and the organization. In ensuring that it gives the highest quality service, Managed Services – North Mindanao introduced Skills Development Training to its members. This program mainly aims to enhance the skills of our members and increase their competencies vis-à-vis the demands of the business. Consequently, as we always promote personal excellence with our members, this will contribute to self-fulfillment of the members – satisfying our goal of making them feel that they are important and valued members of the organization.

This team is headed by Vincent John Elago, who has an extensive experience in sales and distribution. His passion in the field has been rewarded with several excellence awards and served as an asset to our cooperative. It’s a no-brainer for John to say that members in North Mindanao are flexible and adaptable especially that Managed Services Group caters a diverse profile of clients from different industries as mentioned above. Furthermore, to continuously meet the demands of the clients, John picks people who are tailor-fit to such industry, with the appropriate knowledge and skills in handling not just the members but the business operations as well.

Serving various industries is an opportunity for the cooperative to strengthen productivity amongst our members especially that we value most their productivity and efficiency at work. By working closely with our members, we are also ensuring that they are fit in the position that they are in, otherwise, we explore positions where their skills and competencies best fit.
