Facilities Management is a business platform of Asiapro Cooperative that deals with management, maintenance of clients’ facilities and ensures that they are in compliance with respective standards. Facilities Management believes that each client has a unique combination of needs and requirements which is why it provides an extensive offering of services – enabling the clients to focus on their core business functions and not worry about the management and maintenance of their facilities.

With the supervision of Ryan Dimalanta, who has an extensive experience in the facilities management industry, being the Operations Manager for integrated facilities management at ISS Facility Services Philippines Inc. where he handled large clients such as Nestle Ph and Wyeth Ph. He intends to remove the idea that when people hear about facilities management, the first thing that comes to mind is janitorial services. Through Asiapro’s Facilities Management, Ryan offers an extensive service to clients such as support services, cleaning services, landscaping, technical, and pest control services. Support services mainly involves office support services in the mail room, courier, reprographic and printing, and clerical office support. Also, customer service help desk and contractor or vendor management. Technical support involves building maintenance services in the air-conditioning system, water and sewerage system, electrical and plumbing system, and carpentry.

Despite being new in the industry, Asiapro’s Facilities Management is optimistic that it will make its name through the tailor-fit services that it gives the clients – through intensive assessment of clients’ needs. Ran also formed a team of experts in the industry that are dedicated and flexible in serving the cooperative and the clients. Moreover, its services are aligned with Facilities Management Industry Standards in terms of quality and safety. Its members are also provided with tools and equipment that will make them more productive and efficient.

Banking on the cooperative’s tagline, “Bawat isa, Mahalaga,” Ryan, through the Facilities Management team, will provide meaningful and fulfilled lives with its members and its clients, of course by providing quality service to both and the cooperative.
