What an incredible night! On July 25, 2025, the tipón Midyear celebration was a powerful tribute to the heart and soul of our organization: our people. We unveiled three brand new, prestigious tipón Awards to honor the individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond, inspiring us all with their dedication and pursuit of excellence. This wasn't just a ceremony; it was a celebration of what it means to win as a team!

The excitement was palpable as we recognized the outstanding contributions that are driving tipón forward.

• Bantay ng Kaban Award: The spotlight shone on Ms. Jean Lisette “Lai” Nicor of MSG North Mindanao, the inaugural winner of this award for her exceptional financial diligence. Her relentless focus on collection efficiency and cash flow has been crucial to securing our financial health and long-term success.
• Kaagapay sa Tagumpay Award: In a thrilling and well-deserved tie, we honored two pillars of support: the Information Technology Department and Sir Gary Quemado and his office. Voted for by the operations group themselves, this award celebrates their unwavering commitment to empowering our front line and ensuring our seamless success.
• Martsa ng tipón Award: The pinnacle of the evening belonged to MSG South Mindanao, Agribusiness, ATS, who were crowned the MVP of all MVPs! This top honor was a testament to their historical and consistent excellence across the board—from commercial performance to admin and compliance and project completion. They truly embody what it means to be a winning team.
